The article addresses the world of cinema and audiovisual language as contemporary instruments of communication and education. It briefly indicates the process followed in the development of a film script, and how it was applied in the writing of the Ben-ji al power script, achieved thanks to the Master's in Creative Writing workshops at the National University of San Frames. Likewise, a literary and theological analysis of the text that inspires the theme of the film is highlighted, and brushstrokes are given about the finished work of the script about the human values of power and self-denial, written by Samuel Bustamante Estela (hereinafter Samuel Bustamante).

La tesis aborda una de las expresiones de la escritura creativa: el guion cinematográfico. Considerando los antecedentes propios de una investigación académica, se concentra en identificar el proceso que sigue un autor para escribir un guion de cine. Acto seguido, en base a la teoría encontrada, demuestra cómo el autor del guion literario Ben-ji al poder, ha logrado aplicar el proceso antedicho, para elaborar su obra escrita, con la cual pretende ilustrar los valores humanos del poder y de la abnegación. Reflexiona sobre uno de sus trabajos escritos; en este caso el guion literario para película, titulado Ben-ji al poder. La presente disertación, cumple un propósito doble: Primero, determinar cómo se realiza la escritura de un guion literario, descubriendo y describiendo el proceso que sigue un autor, sea principiante o experimentado, para escribir un guion literario.
