Da a conocer de qué manera el clima laboral se relaciona con la percepción de la imagen institucional de la I.E. 6019 “Mariano Melgar” (JEC) en Villa María del Triunfo. La investigación realizada es de tipo sustantiva, no experimental y de corte transversal con estudio correlacional. Dentro de la insittución se puede evidenciar un inadecuado clima laboral, ya que los miembros del personal muestran discordancia, sentimientos de indiferencia y envidia con otros colegas. La muestra se halló utilizando la técnica estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson, obteniendo el valor de 0.694 (69.4%) que permite afirmar que existe relación entre el clima laboral y percepción de la imagen institucional según el personal que labora en la I.E. 6019 “Mariano Melgar” (JEC) en Villa María del Triunfo. This research provides a scientific treatment that allowed knowing how the work environment is related to the perception of the institutional image of an educational institution of Villa María del Triunfo district. It was developed within the quantitive approach, based on the correlational-substantive and cross-sectional design. The census sample included 40 people, between administrative and teaching staff (primary and secondary level) of the mentioned institution. The surveys allowed verifying that there is a relationship between the variables. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between work environment and institutional image. With these results it will be possible to execute plans that allow a working environment to be strengthened and thus not have low levels of perception in the institutional image, either of public or private entities.
