El objetivo general de esta investigación fue la calidad de gestión financiera en el manejo de primas, es la parte medular para la continuidad de las empresas aseguradoras porque pueden afectar su rentabilidad, para ello es suficiente con la informatización de estas que permitan identificar, administrar y optimizar los recursos que tienen para mantener, cubrir los siniestros por la cartera de asegurados y satisfacer la atención de los servicios por las pólizas colocadas, de no haber una eficiente gestión financiera, les genera cierto déficit financiero originando una potencial quiebra.
