El objetivo fue determinar el contenido de los metales pesados (As, Cd, Cu, Hg, y Pb) en los hatos lecheros del Valle de Oxapampa – Pasco. Se muestrearon leche, agua, suelo y pasto en los distritos de Oxapampa, Chontabamba y Huancabamba; se tuvouna población de 150 vacas de trece hatos lecheros, la metodología se cogió de Londoño 2014, se evaluó en una sola época del año y fue un estudio transversal, cuyas mediciones fueron llevados a cabo en espectroscopia de absorción atómica y en quintuplicado. La leche presento la concentración de Pb promedio de 0.0576 mg kg-1, Arsénico 0.0437 mg kg-1; Cadmio 0.00035 mg kg-1; Cobre 0.0511 mg kg-1; Mercurio 0.00264 mg kg-1; valores parcialmente encontrados dentro de los límites máximos permitidos por la norma internacional y peruana. The aim of this study was to evaluate the dynamics of growth and nutritional value of Pennisetum spp (cv. Maralfalfa) at three cutting ages (45, 60 and 75 days) and at two times of the year (high and low rainfall) in the district of Oxapampa, Pasco, Peru. Plant height to flag leaf (AH), number of tillers (NT), green biomass (BV), dry matter (DM), in vitro digestibility of dry matter (DIVMS), crude protein (CP), crude fibre (CF), calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) were evaluated in a completely randomized design with a 3x2 factorial arrangement (cut-off age and time of year).
