To measure the efficiency of microbial consortia formed by Nitrobacter sp. Nitrosomonas sp. Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformes, Saccharomices cereviceae, Saccharomyces fragilis in the treatment of urban wastewater,variables defined in DS 003-2010-MINAM were measured. The Nitrobacter plus ® brand probiotic suspensionwas diluted in deionized water, then molasses and urea were added constantly stirring for 96 hours,subsequently added to wastewater samples from the PTAR of the city of Lambayeque and Santa Rosa(Chiclayo), with the experimental design with increasing stimulus: Control, 0 ml; Dilution 1: 24 mL / L,Dilution 2: 48 mL / L, Dilution 3: 72 mL / L, Dilution 4: 96 mL / L in 20 L buckets. El objetivo es realizar la evaluación ambiental de la interrelación de los factores y acciones ambientales que se producirán en la construcción del proyecto del Mejoramiento del servicio de agua potable y alcantarillado de la ciudad de Mocupe, distrito de Lagunas, provincia de Chiclayo, Región Lambayeque. Valorar los impactos ambientales significativos que se producirán mediante una matriz de importancia que permitirá diferenciar y jerarquizar los impactos, se propone un plan de gestión ambiental para mitigar los impactos ambientales. Se concluye: 1. El proyecto del Mejoramiento de agua potable y alcantarillado, ambientalmente es viable. 2. En la fase de construcción el impacto ambiental positivo es la generación de empleo. 3. El factor más frágil es el paisaje. 4. La acción más agresiva es el movimiento de tierras.
