El presente trabajo desarrolla el Plan Estratégico para Aventura Tours en un horizonte de tiempo de tres años (2018-2020). Este trabajo conlleva un análisis del sector turismo a nivel mundial para poder aterrizarlo en la realidad peruana. Posteriormente, se realizará un análisis minucioso sobre la empresa, el cual permitirá obtener un diagnóstico de esta. Una vez concluida esta etapa, se utilizarán las diversas matrices para la formulación de las estrategias que se sugiere a la empresa implementar. Por último, se seleccionarán las estrategias más adecuadas y se cuantificará el efecto de la implementación del planeamiento estratégico en los resultados de la empresa. De esta manera, se plantearán conclusiones y recomendaciones para Aventura Tours.
