Este trabajo de investigación, amplía la información de los procesos que tienen lugar durante el movimiento del flujo en el seno de un cauce natural, como son los procesos de socavación y transporte de sedimento, donde la aplicación de programas unidimensionales como Hec – Ras, versión 4.1, presenta opciones para modelar fenómenos del transporte de sedimentos en flujo no permanente. En el tramo de 5,500 ml del río, desde Ilave a Alquipa en donde se presentan fenómenos de socavación y sedimentación, el estudio se inicia en 0+000 aguas arriba del puente antiguo (0+250), según la inspección ocular, que a 15m – 25m de puente aguas abajo se presentan socavaciones y a 950m – 1280m, se presentan sedimentaciones, para lo cual se quiere determinar la cuantificación de transporte de sedimentos en toda las secciones del tramo en estudio. The present research deals with the development of the concept of criminal law proposed by the Argentinean professor Eugenio Raúl Zaffaroni from a critical perspective. It aims to identify the characteristics of this new proposal. As a theoretical framework, we have used the concepts developed by the author and the scientific community in recent publications. The methodology used is documentary observation, through the elaboration of bibliographic files. As a result, we have identified various aporias in the author’s position on abolitionism, the Marxist approach to law and the state, and his proposal of the “fraternal state”, among others. We conclude by asserting that lawfare is, strictly speaking, a non-legal concept. We argue that it is not possible to affirm, as the author proposes, that it is the stage of implementation of the so-called shameful criminal law.

En el presente trabajo se describe el diseño e implementación de un centro de control de motores que comprende las cargas del sistema de alimentación a molinos y equipos de remolienda de una planta minera aurífera. El objetivo de este trabajo es centralizar todas las cargas requeridas, implementando un sistema de suministro y distribución de energía confiable y seguro, brindando continuidad y permitiendo la automatización de los procesos de alimentación a molinos, bombeo de pulpa y remolienda, lo cual se realiza analizando la operación y potencia de cada carga y cálculo de los parámetros eléctricos, por lo que en este trabajo se describe la metodología que se sigue para implementar el centro de control de motores basados en criterios de normas del CNE, NEMA, NFPA.

Este estudio tiene como objetivo optimizar el mantenimiento preventivo de los grupos electrógenos Modasa MC930 en un hospital. Se identificaron fallas en la gestión actual, como mantenimientos reactivos y ausencia de planificación. También se hallaron problemas recurrentes en baterías y combustible contaminado. La falta de registros adecuados dificulta el seguimiento técnico. Estas fallas han generado paradas inesperadas que afectan áreas hospitalarias críticas. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo para diagnosticar el estado de los equipos y diseñar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo. The objective of this research was to identify and describe the knowledge and practices of environmental protection in the Aymara communities of the district of Ilave, province of El Collao (Puno-Peru). En la crianza de los gorrinos, las diarreas es la enfermedad de importante clínica por ocasionar grandes pérdidas económicas en el sector porcícola, de ahí su importancia de evaluar la presencia de Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp y su sensibilidad y resistencia antibiótica aisladas de gorrinos con diarrea de granjas familiares del Distrito de Huancavelica.
