The objective of this research work is to estimate the effect of the efficiency of public spending in the Juntos and Pension 65 social programs on the level of total monetary poverty in the Loreto region during the 2015-2020. The research is quantitative type, transverse correlational-causal level and non-experimental design. After observing the behavior of the degree of progress of the budget execution of the Juntos Program, the Pension 65 Program and the incidence of monetary poverty, which decreased on average -0.37 percentage points per year, the inferential analysis was carried out. Foods for human consumption are those that meet the health quality and safety criterio established by the health standard. This research was carried out to determine the bacteriological quality of fresh vegetables for raw consumption that are sold in the markets of the city of Iquitos, from 60 samples collected from the Belén, Modelo and Secada markets, through the use of quantitative and qualitative techniques for the identification of bacteria. The presence of Escherichia coli detected in 47 samples analyzed, of which 19 were detected in Coriandrum sativum “coriander”, 18 in Lactuca sativa “lecttuce” and 10 in Cucumis sativus “cucumber”.
