The present research work had like objective establishing the fish and seafood's microbiological status expended in Huánuco's markets and flea markets. Con la finalidad de determinar el efecto Helmenticida en los ovinos, se empleó 2 tipos de solución: Solución A (remojo) y solución B (hervida) en 20 unidades de análisis para cada solución; habiéndose observado los resultados. Así mismo en el examen de heces a priori se determinó una mayor incidencia de huevos de Strongyloides (100%), seguido de teniasis, Moniezia 75%, Dictiocaulosis 37,5% y Distomatosis 12,5%. Se comprobó la correlación estrecha entre peso de las unidades de análisis y la mayor dosis de la solución B (hervida). Las soluciones A y B se utilizaron en dosis per os de 1 a 4 ml / kg de pv.
