Como muchas regiones del Perú, la Región Puno es una zona donde no existen adecuadas condiciones laborales, y esto se ve reflejado en indicadores como la tasa de ocupación, la tasa de desempleo y la tasa de subempleo, todo derivado del incumplimiento de los derechos laborales. A raíz de ello, se realizó la presente investigación que consistió en elaborar un índice multidimensional y la estimación de los determinantes del trabajo decente en la Región Puno para el periodo 2013 - 2017.
