This report of pre-professional practices is entitled: "Physicochemical quality of the finished product Dorzolamide 2% + Timolol 0.5% ophthalmic solution of a national pharmaceutical laboratory, Trujillo 2018", and aims to evaluate the physicochemical quality of this medicine by means of the corresponding tests according to USP 41. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the district of Poroto, province of Trujillo, with the objective of determining glycemia levels and risk factors. A survey was applied to these workers to obtain information on factors of interest for the study on the nutritional aspect, the lifestyle and the history of diseases. Then we proceeded to collect the samples that were analyzed by the Accu-Check glucometer for the determination of glucose. The information obtained in the survey and glucose levels were statistically processed obtaining 1.83% of people with high blood glucose levels; of which 0.92% corresponds to adults (36-64) and 0.92% to the elderly (65 to more), 1.83% were determined with high levels of blood glucose in the female sex with their diet in the consumption of beer, flour and soda, the activity being moderate and no current disease appeared.
