In the present work of investigation I compare the activity antibacterial in vitro of Amoxicilina tablets, in cultures of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis betalactamasas negative, by means of the method of double diffusion of Kirby and Bauer. Dilutions of Amoxicilina were used for such purpose tablets given in the hospitals of the city of Trujillo and given commercial Amoxicilina in the pharmacies of the center of Trujillo to the concentration of 25g/10L. The test I am made in 20 cultures for each microorganism obtaining itself like results the following ones: more of 80% of the stocks of Staphylococcus aureus they turned out to be resistant to Amoxicilina given in the hospitals of the city of Trujillo and single 10% I turn out to be sensible, stops Staphylococcus epidermidis but from 85% of the given stocks they turned out to be resistant to Amoxicilina in the hospit...

ABSTRACT The present work of investigation had as aim determine the effect in vitro of the desloratadina opposite to the lipoperoxidación induced in membranes mitocondriales of hepatic cells of Rattus norvegicus var. albins, there was in use the method of the TBARS (Species You Reactivate for the Acid Tiobarbitúrico). The animals of experimentation were 36, distributed randomly in three groups, (a control and two problems), the doses of test were of 13 and 26 μM. The isolation of the hepatic mitocondrias, it was realized by Rickwood's method and cols, being in use Succinato Deshidrogenasa's biochemical method, for the identification mitocondrial. After the exhibition to the medicine, the induction of the lipoperoxidación was realized in membranes mitocondriales, and one determined the concentrations of malondialdehído. The results were that alone the concentration of 26μM (0.665 nm...

Essential oils are one of the most important products in the agricultural and food industry, as they are obtained from aromatic plants using various extraction techniques, such as steam distillation or hydrodistillation. However, these methods present challenges, such as low efficiency, limited selectivity, extensive use of solvents and long extraction times. Moreover, the quality of the oils obtained can be affected by hydrolysis or oxidation due to the duration and amount of water used in the process. This review updates the information on Clevenger-type hydrodistillation extraction of four high-value commercial plant species: Matricaria chamomilla, Rosmarinus officinalis, Origanum vulgare, and Eucalyptus spp. The aim is to evaluate the results of original articles, considering the origin and characteristics of the plant material, extraction conditions, yield and metabolites. The searc...
