The main purpose of this work is to compare two kinds of handy-technique compost within wells. One of the wells containing organic waste and dung, and the other, stubble and dung. From this experiment, comparative yields will be given, starting from compost making, its physical and chemical features, and, finally, compost quality in each of its main compounds. Our management proposal is to run a recovery program which will be useful to profit from one of the most valuable and misspent municipaluty resources: plant waste (stubble). The result could be a handy and simple compost factory to be used by municipalities.

RESUMEN El presente informe de tesis se realizó para conocer si existe influencia de los elementos del layout presentes en los hipermercados (Plaza Vea ubicado en el CC. Real Plaza, Metro ubicado en el Ovalo Papal y Tottus ubicado en el CC. Mall Aventura Plaza) en la decisión de compra del consumidor de retail moderno en la ciudad de Trujillo. La teoría nos indicaba que el diseño de tienda tiene influencia en los comportamientos y decisiones de compra por parte de los consumidores y además guarda relación con la experiencia/satisfacción de compra y la fidelidad que puedan generar hacía los establecimientos.
