The present report had as objective to determine the profile of bacterial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli in the Internal Medicine Service (10C), the Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, in the period from october to december 2016. It is a report based on the review of results of antibiograms carried out during the period indicated. The isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 14, 10 and for Escherichia coli, of the total of positive cultures requested the service. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of juice Vaccinium corymbosum L. on the in vitro growth of Escherichia coli strain. The strain used was reactivated in Müller Hinton broth and incubated for 18 hours at 37 ° C. La gestión farmacéutica es fundamental en la satisfacción de las personas al momento de acceder a sus medicamentos. La investigación desarrollada tuvo como objetivo establecer la influencia de la gestión farmacéutica, en el nivel de satisfacción con el acceso a medicamentos en usuarios de un policlínico, Moyobamba -2025. El estudio se enmarcó dentro de una metodología de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de tipo transversal y un alcance correlacional-causal. Para la recolección de datos se empleó una versión adaptada del cuestionario SERVQUAL, la cual fue aplicada a una muestra no probabilística compuesta por 100 usuarios que recibieron atención en el área de farmacia.
