The present report had as objective to determine the profile of bacterial resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli in the Internal Medicine Service (10C), the Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, in the period from october to december 2016. La gestión farmacéutica es fundamental en la satisfacción de las personas al momento de acceder a sus medicamentos. La investigación desarrollada tuvo como objetivo establecer la influencia de la gestión farmacéutica, en el nivel de satisfacción con el acceso a medicamentos en usuarios de un policlínico, Moyobamba -2025. El estudio se enmarcó dentro de una metodología de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de tipo transversal y un alcance correlacional-causal.
