This thesis addresses the problem of low academic performance in high school students in Peru. This problem is shown in the bad results the country had on the 2022 PISA test and exposes a need in the whole country to improve high school education. Thanks to that, the opportunity to develop an accessible and high-quality student reinforcement platform was identified, that will help to cover the need to reduce the academic performance gap of Peru. For the solution, a virtual platform called “Well Done!” was developed, with interactive courses, personalized and catalogued to the needs of each student, with explanatory videos and practical exercises, aimed at improving student learning.
