La importancia del presente proyecto radica en actualizar y/o registrar la data respecto a la calidad de los componentes biológicos vinculados con el necton en la laguna Atiliano, además, que se realizará mediante una metodología adecuada para el ambiente peruano debido a que se considerará las características propias del ecosistema peruano, al comparar la laguna Atiliano con influencia de actividades de hidrocarburos con una laguna de similares características como lo es la laguna Guacamayo, la cual tiene la característica de no presentar actividades con hidrocarburos. Lo cual servirá como antecedente para el desarrollo de similares prácticas en diversas lagunas o cuerpos de agua.

ABSTRACT The objective of this research work is to characterize the particulate material to determine the quality of the air at the National University of Trujillo, in order to prevent the dangers of air pollution within our alma mater and prevent diseases, for which four monitoring points within the university, located in: Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry, Faculty of Chemical Engineering, Central Library and the Faculty of Nursing, equipment such as Hi- Vol and weather station were used.
