El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar el efecto inhibitorio in vitro del extracto etanólico de Plantago major “llantén” a concentraciones de 100mg/ml, 200mg/ml, 300mg/ml, 500mg/ml, 600mg/ml y 800mg/ml sobre cepas de Staphylococcus aureus y Streptococcus β- hemolíticos. Se utilizó el método de difusión, para determinar la formación de halos de inhibición. Los resultados según el método de difusión para el extracto etanólico de Plantago major “llantén” fueron: sensible para Staphylococcus aureus con un promedio del halo de inhibición 14.64 mm y un promedio de 150 mg/ml respecto a la CMI. Mientras que Streptococcus β hemolíticos no presentó sensibilidad. Es decir el extracto etanólico de Plantago major “llantén” mostró efecto inhibitorio sobre Staphylococcus aureus, pero no, sobre Streptococcus β- hemolíticos.

Objective: The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between pornography consumption and risk behaviors. Material and Methods: Sexual risk behaviors and pornography consumption were assessed. Snowball sampling had 245 participants, who agreed to participate voluntarily. Data were collected using a Google Forms questionnaire. Participants gave their informed consent after reading the description of the study, where the anonymity of the survey was indicated. Results: For the odds ratio analysis it was found that the highest odds of being HIV positive were associated with being LGBT, with not having the perception of pornography encouraging condomless sex.
