La presente investigación es un estudio descriptivo correlacional no experimental que se propone identificar la relación existente entre las variables de estudio. El método utilizado es el hipotético deductivo. El universo poblacional está conformado por las instituciones educativas correspondientes a la UGEL 04 del distrito de Comas, de la cual se tomó a tres instituciones de la Red 27 de dicha UGEL para seleccionar la muestra.
