description El estudio tuvo el objetivo general de determinar la relación que existe entre la dependencia a los videojuegos y agresividad en estudiantes de secundaria de un colegio nacional del distrito de Lince, 2021. En una muestra de 197 estudiantes de 1° a 5° de secundaria de que oscilan entre 11 a 18 años. El tipo de investigación es descriptivo correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental de enfoque cuantitativo, de corte trasversal. Se empleo el test de dependencia a videojuegos de Chóliz y Marco (TDV) adaptado al Perú el 2017 y el Cuestionario de Agresión (AQ) de Buss y Perry del año 1992, el cual se adaptó en el Perú el año 2012. Donde se determinó que existe una correlación estadísticamente significativa entre ambas variables (Rho = .318), por ende (p = .000 <.05) se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se acepta la hipótesis alterna. Asimismo, el 69% del nivel de dependencia a los videojuegos del estudio fue de tipo bajo, el 26% fue regular y el 5% de tipo, en referencia al nivel de agresividad fue 74% de tipo regular, el 23% nivel alto y el 3% nivel bajo.

In a sample of 197 students from 1st to 5th grade of secondary school that range from 11 to 18 years old. The type of study was descriptive, correlational, of a non-experimental design with a quantitative approach and cross-sectional cut. The instruments used were the Chóliz and Marco Video Game Dependency Test created in 2011 and adapted to Peru in 2017 and the Buss and Perry Aggression Questionnaire from 1992, adapted in Peru in 2012.
