description La presente tesis propone el diseño arquitectónico de un Centro de Rehabilitación para niños y jóvenes con habilidades diferentes, para lo cual se pretende aplicar los principios de arquitectura terapéutica, específicamente las connotaciones de adaptabilidad, movilidad y flexibilidad. La indagación sobre lo anterior mencionado determinó que la aplicación de los criterios arquitectónicos como la aplicación de espacios multifuncionales, espacios dinámicos, uso de sistema modular, cerramientos móviles, superficies móviles, topografías artificiales y privacidad acústica. Esta investigación se desarrolla a lo largo de cinco capítulos resolviéndose de manera descriptiva, desarrollando un marco teórico que engloba entre otras cosas la caracterización de la variable señalada y la caracterización del área de intervención, para que dichos conocimientos sean aplicados en el diseño del Centro de Rehabilitación para niños y jóvenes con habilidades diferentes además de describir finalmente el impacto que una infraestructura de este tipo pueda tener a nivel distrital.

The inquiry on the above mentioned determined that the application of architectural criteria such as the application of multifunctional spaces, dynamic spaces, use of modular system, mobile enclosures, moving surfaces, artificial topographies and acoustic privacy.
