description El presente trabajo de investigación posee como finalidad el analizar cómo se afectan los beneficios laborales al ejecutar el Régimen Laboral Especial MYPE en un centro comercial. Para lograr ello, se hizo uso de un enfoque cualitativo, de nivel descriptivo y de diseño no experimental. Se hizo uso de la técnica de la encuesta mediante un cuestionario virtual que se aplicó sobre una muestra de 32 trabajadores del centro comercial de marras durante el año 2022. Los resultados muestran que el modo cómo se afectan las facultades subjetivas del trabajador es mediante el sobretiempo laboral, lo que conlleva al no cumplimiento de las ocho horas de trabajo. La conclusión es que, en el sector MYPE, la ejecución de una afectación es altamente mayoritaria en el régimen nombrado y con baja recurrencia de los afectados a denunciar a entes administrativos laborales, sea por desconocimiento o por propio de este tipo de negocios.

La conclusión es que, en el sector MYPE, la ejecución de una afectación es altamente mayoritaria en el régimen nombrado y con baja recurrencia de los afectados a denunciar a entes administrativos laborales, sea por desconocimiento o por propio de este tipo de negocios.The purpose of this research work is to analyze how labor benefits are affected when executing the MYPE Special Labor Regime in a shopping center. To achieve this, a qualitative, descriptive level and non-experimental design approach was used. The survey technique was used through a virtual questionnaire that was applied to a sample of 32 workers from the shopping center in question during the year 2022. The results show that the way in which the worker's subjective faculties are affected is through overtime. labor, which leads to non-compliance with the eight hours of work.
