description La presente tesis tiene como objetivo principal determinar “Las estrategias de calentamiento pasivo para el diseño del nuevo centro cultural en Huamachuco”. Este estudio está basado en determinar estrategias que permitan obtener la temperatura adecuada de los usuarios dentro del objeto arquitectónico para el buen desempeño de actividades a realizarse, puesto que el lugar donde se desarrollara el proyecto presenta un clima frio durante la mayor parte del año. Además, se plantea la existencia de un Centro cultural, ya que se determinó la existencia de demanda de un equipamiento de esta índole en Huamachuco debido a su gran historia cultural. La metodología usada en la investigación se basó en la presentación de distintos casos arquitectónicos, lo que permitió tener una idea clara y precisa de los requerimientos de un equipamiento de igual o semejante naturaleza, que fueron procesados usando el instrumento de ficha de análisis de casos. Luego de analizados los casos se concluye en determinar lineamientos que serán las pautas que orientaran el diseño arquitectónico apropiado, tomando en cuenta la variable que es objeto de investigación. Finalmente, se expone de qué manera la propuesta arquitectónica responde a las estrategias de calentamiento pasivo para logara el confort térmico requerido.

Finalmente, se expone de qué manera la propuesta arquitectónica responde a las estrategias de calentamiento pasivo para logara el confort térmico requerido.The main objective of this thesis is to determine "Passive heating strategies for the design of the new cultural center in Huamachuco". This study is based on determining strategies that allow obtaining the adequate temperature of the users within the architectural object for the good performance of activities to be carried out, since the place where the project will be developed presents a cold climate during most of the year. In addition, the existence of a Cultural Center is proposed, since the existence of demand for such equipment in Huamachuco was determined due to its great cultural history. The methodology used in the research was based on the presentation of different architectural cases, which allowed having a clear and precise idea of the requirements of equipment of the same or similar nature, which were processed using the case analysis file instrument. After analyzing the cases, it is concluded to determine the guidelines that will guide the appropriate architectural design, taking into account the variable that is the object of investigation.
