description El presente trabajo de investigación tiene un prisma transcultural de enfoque cualitativo, descriptivo, no experimental, cuyo objetivo es analizar las características de la Cultura China en las Negociaciones Internacionales chino-peruanas, según la perspectiva del negociador peruano. Se realizó un muestreo no probabilístico por criterios, obteniendo una muestra de 10 negociadores peruanos expertos en el área de investigación, quienes participaron de una entrevista a profundidad individual. Se utilizó el Software de análisis de datos cualitativos Atlas.ti como recurso para determinar los siguientes resultados: el confucionismo se presenta a través de la construcción de relaciones interpersonales así como la armonía y cuidado de reputación; el taoísmo, busca la simplicidad de los términos comerciales y no muestra adaptación total a la cultura negociadora peruana; y los estratagemas de guerra, se presentan por medio de estrategias de superioridad, así como de ataque y ganancia de terreno. El estudio concluyó que todas las características de la cultura china se muestran altamente en el perfil del negociador chino y por ende en las negociaciones chino-peruanas. Asimismo, todas ellas se presentan en las etapas de las negociaciones internacionales.

Asimismo, todas ellas se presentan en las etapas de las negociaciones internacionales.The present research work has a transcultural prism of qualitative, descriptive, and non-experimental approach, which objective is to analyze the characteristics of the Chinese Culture in the Chinese-Peruvian International Negotiations, based on the Peruvian negotiator perspective. A non-probabilistic sampling by criteria was carried out, obtaining a sample of 10 peruvian negotiators, experts in the research area, who participated in an individual in-depth interview. The Atlas.ti qualitative data analysis software was used as a resource to determine the following results: Confucianism is presented through the construction of interpersonal relationships as well as harmony and care of reputation; Taoism, seeks simplicity of commercial terms and does not show total adaptation to the Peruvian negotiating culture; and war stratagems are presented through strategies of superiority, as well as attack and gaining ground. The study concluded that all the characteristics of the Chinese culture are highly shown in the profile of the Chinese negotiator and therefore in the Chinese-Peruvian negotiations.
