Además, del empleo de criterios como antigüedad del documento no mayor a 10 años, un diseño metodológico descriptivo, el idioma español y el análisis desde el tema central de 4 antecedentes nacionales e internacionales. Siendo así, el objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue Establecer si los casos criminalizados inciden en la despenalización del delito de injuria, en el ordenamiento jurídico penal, año 2023. Se recurrió al método de síntesis y te triangulación de datos. En ese sentido se halló como conclusión que en un 75% los operadores jurídicos se encuentran de acuerdo que los casos criminalizados inciden negativamente, justificando la despenalización del delito de injuria, en el ordenamiento jurídico.

In addition, the use of criteria such as the age of the document no more than 10 years, a descriptive methodological design, the Spanish language and the analysis from the central theme of 4 national and international antecedents. Thus, the objective of this research work was to establish which criminalized cases affect the decriminalization of the crime of libel, in the legal system, in 2023. The method of synthesis and data triangulation was used.
