The steps to determine the correct approach of the procedures to control excess in production times and reprocesses for its correct implementation, flow charts, and work indicators to measure the production processes of polo shirts will be described. The Arena Simulation tool will then be used to simulate the operation of the production process of polo shirts and to compare the results before and after implementation.
