description Dado el crecimiento de exportación de cacao y la gran biodiversidad de cacao que el Perú posee, surge la necesidad de investigar y difundir el cacao en la región. El trabajo es sobre un Instituto de Educación Superior dedicad al cacao, desde el análisis de suelo hasta la venta del producto resaltante del cacao, que es el chocolate. Se investigó sobre todas las necesidades del cacao para su correcto crecimiento y desarrollo, para lograr chocolates finos y de gran sabor gracias a sus características genéticas. El proyecto se desarrolla en la periferia de la ciudad de Tarapoto, en un entorno natural, el cual hace que tenga que integrarse a él, desde respetar el paisaje, hasta usar medios que contribuyan con el medio ambiente y evite la huella ecológica que esta pueda causar. Se decidió tener de énfasis la Arquitectura Bioclimática, analizando recorrido solar, dirección de vientos, entre otros factores que ayudan al correcto desarrollo y lograr el confort dentro de la edificación. Finalmente, el proyecto busca la integración de los usuarios, creando espacios comunes que también puedan servir para poder apreciar la naturaleza que los rodea.

The need arises to investigate, train and diffuse cocoa in the region. This work is about Higher Education Institute dedicated to cocoa since soil analysis to the sale of the most recognize product of cocoa, the chocolate. It was investigated all the needs of cocoa for the correct growth and development, to fine great-smelling chocolate thanks to genetic characteristics. The project is in the outskirts of Tarapoto city, in a natural environment, that needs to become part of it. Respecting the landscape to use thing that contribute it, to avoid the ecological footprint. Is was decided to emphasize Bioclimatic Architecture, using sun path, wind direction, etc., to probe the correct development and to get comfort in the building.
