El proyecto de Conjunto Residencial de Densidad Media con Usos Mixtos se ubica en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, en Lima, Perú. Se desarrolla partiendo de lineamientos de diseño identificados a partir de la investigación y la ponderación de fuentes bibliográficas, normativas y proyectos referenciales. Este planteamiento surge como respuesta a la necesidad de vivienda en el Perú, al déficit habitacional actual, dentro del cual se identifica al distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho como lugar de intervención, debido a la creciente demanda exponencial de vivienda, y a la falta de esta, tanto en lo cuantitativo como lo cualitativo. Del mismo modo, el proyecto es consecuente con el comportamiento y necesidades identificadas de los habitantes a nivel nacional. Identificando la presencia de informalidad vigente a nivel habitacional y laboral. Además de características particulares de las familias en cuanto su crecimiento a nivel económico y de número de usuarios en el hogar. La finalidad del conjunto es brindar un hábitat integral para los usuarios, priorizando el confort, la accesibilidad, la confluencia de actividades, la presencia de áreas verdes y comunes, la seguridad y la comunidad. |

It is developed based on design guidelines identified through research and the consideration of bibliographic sources, regulations, and reference projects. This approach arises in response to the housing need in Peru and the current housing shortage. The district of San Juan de Lurigancho is identified as the intervention site, due to the exponentially growing demand for housing and the lack of it, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Similarly, the project is consistent with the behavior and identified needs of residents nationwide. It identifies the current informality in housing and employment, as well as the specific characteristics of families in terms of their economic growth and the number of household members.
