El presente proyecto responde al turismo sostenido que se ha demostrado durante el avance de los años en la ciudad de Paracas, región de Ica. Principalmente por sus atractivos turísticos en la Reserva Nacional de Paracas y las Islas Ballestas, demostrando el potencial de dicha ciudad en relación con el turismo por naturaleza. Paracas es unos de los principales destinos turísticos para visitar, tanto por el turista nacional como extranjero, con fines de recreación y vacacional. Gracias al número de visitas ha incrementado el turismo cada año, teniendo en cuenta que los hoteles resorts en temporadas altas llegan a estar completamente ocupados, para poder abarcar esta demanda hace falta mayor capacidad hotelera. Por lo tanto, se propone un hotel resort con énfasis en la arquitectura eco-tech, creando a la vez una infraestructura que respete el medio ambiente, buscando minimizar el impacto negativo, a través de eficiencia de energía, generando una arquitectura más consecuente para el lugar. |

Paracas is one of the main tourist destinations to visit, both for national and foreign tourists, for recreation and vacation purposes. Thanks to the number of visits, tourism has increased each year, taking into account that resorts hotels in high seasons become fully occupied, in order to embrace this demand, greater hotel capacity is needed.
