La idea de negocio surgió porque muchas mujeres tienen múltiples problemas para encontrar su torta preferida para sus cumpleaños u más celebraciones, además pierden mucho tiempo visitando diferentes tiendas, web o redes sociales o pierden tiempo leyendo las recomendaciones de otros para encontrar una torta de calidad, más aún si se trata de comparar precios o tortas personalizadas. Por ello, nació “Elige tu Cake”, una aplicación móvil, que permitirá mostrar una diversidad de tortas temáticas en un solo lugar, con opción para comparar precios y elegir uno a la medida de su presupuesto, esto permitirá ahorro de tiempo y dinero para las clientas. Además, podrán personalizar sus tortas. Con esta propuesta de valor buscaremos posicionar la marca, diferenciarnos en el mercado y reducir a la competencia. Nos dirigimos a mujeres de 18 a 55 años, de NSE A y B, de la zona 7 de Lima Metropolitana. El ingreso para la empresa corresponde a una comisión de 15% sobre el precio de venta de cada torta temáticas. En el mercado, seremos la primera propuesta especializada en la venta de tortas temáticas, siendo el negocio más atractivo. Además, por el análisis financiero, se concluyó que el negocio es altamente rentable y viable para invertir y obtener muchos beneficios.
