description La tesis sobre la Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático en Lima Norte se proyecta sobre un lote de índole educativo perteneciente al estado (Dispuesto a la Escuela Nacional Superior de Folklore-José María Arguedas). El cual, abarca un terreno de 10127 metros cuadrados, flanqueado entre la Av. Universitaria, Calle 3, Calle 4 y Calle A, dentro del distrito de Comas, Lima, Perú. La propuesta de uso educativo y cultural consta de cuatro volúmenes principales unidos por los espacios escénicos o teatros al aire libre y los puentes metálicos que generan una circulación en flujo, además de tener como remate de eje al parque Francia. Cuenta con tres ingresos, siendo dos de ellos ingresos al público y alumnado (Av. Universitaria y Calle 4) y el restante para el servicio (Calle A). El complejo cuenta con dos paquetes funcionales predominantes, siendo las áreas educativas constituidas por aulas teóricas, salas de ensayo y talleres, y áreas representativas entre las cuales se encuentran el teatro y el black box, siendo estos elementos herméticos dentro del volumen. Logrando así, tener una altura como máximo de cuatro pisos en la parte educativa y en espacios representativos hasta de diecinueve metros de alto. En las partes laterales, frontales y posteriores del área educativa cuenta con unos parasoles metálicos los cuales tienen como función disminuir el ingreso de luz directa a ciertas horas del día y generar un aislamiento visual con la calle.

Which covers an area of ​​10,127 square meters, flanked between Av. Universitaria, Calle 3, Calle 4 and Calle A, within the district of Comas, Lima, Peru. The proposal for educational and cultural use consists of four main volumes linked by the scenic spaces or open-air theaters and the metal bridges that generate a flow of circulation, in addition to having the France park as the axis end.
