Las instituciones educativas de educación básica regular son parte fundamental de la sociedad, ya que es en la cual se adquieren los primeros conocimientos, valores y normas, los servirán de base para la formación de una persona. A pesar de ello, en la actualidad el énfasis que se le da a las instituciones educativas por parte del estado, específicamente hablado a la infraestructura de estas es preocupante. Según un censo educativo realizado por MINEDU en el 2018, solo el 16.3% de los locales de educación pública en el Perú se encuentran en buen estado para impartir clases. En el proyecto a realizar, se buscará el diseño de una institución educativa para alumnos de primaria y secundaria, la cual logre satisfacer tanto las necesidades funcionales de los estudiantes como de los usuarios de la escuela, la cual se ubicará en Ventanilla. El énfasis del proyecto es la sostenibilidad, y es con el cual se buscará dar el mayor confort a los usuarios de esta escuela garantizando a su vez el menor gasto energético en el proceso. |

However, at present the emphasis that is given to educational institutions by the state, specifically speaking to their infrastructure is worrying. According to the educational census carried out by MINEDU in 2018, only 16.3% of public education facilities in Peru are in good condition to teach classes. In the project to be carried out, the design of an educational institution for primary and secondary students will be sought, which will satisfy both the functional needs of the students and the users of the school, which will be located in the Ventanilla district.
