description La mayoría de los colegios del distrito de Lurín tienen una infraestructura en pésimo estado y no cuentan con los recursos necesarios para permitir que el niño desarrolle una mejor calidad educativa, es decir que desde temprana edad se está formando un niño con poca capacidad para determinar su propio futuro, además, el entorno que lo rodea está cercano a la ribera del rio Lurín, que a su vez se encuentra en estado de abandono y desorden, por ende toda esa zona está mal distribuida lo cual muestra un claro divorcio entre el distrito y el río, de la mano con el primer punto mencionado sobre la educación queda claro que hay una carencia tanto de educación como de vida urbana. En cualquier parte del mundo se sabe que el pilar de la educación son los niños, por ello siempre se busca brindar una mejor educación en espacios confortables y a su vez dichos espacios puedan estar emplazados en un entorno revitalizado junto al rio, así en conjunto habría una mejora en el proceso educativo que a su vez pueda reintegrar a la ciudad con el rio usando como parte de este nexo el fortalecimiento de la educación en la zona. De esta manera, ante el problema de carencia de servicios para mejorar la calidad de la labor educativa, se propone este equipamiento que a su vez se ubica estratégicamente en una zona aledaña al río para revitalizar, impedir su invasión y recuperar el vínculo del rio con el distrito.
