Hoy en día las intervenciones en zonas históricas están en decadencia por la falta de un plan urbano estratégico que revalorice el legado patrimonio, es bajo esta premisa que se propone una intervención el cual expresa su esencia en su entorno urbano. El proyecto se emplaza en la periferia de la zona monumental del distrito de Barranco, el cual se emplaza como un catalizador urbano donde convergen nodos articuladores en todo el eje que tiene como puntos extremos la bajada de baños y al funicular. El objetivo con estos catalizadores urbanos es generar motores comerciales el cual promueva el turismo comercial hacia la periferia de la zona monumental de barranco. Como estrategia la propuesta arquitectónica se consolida bajo dos conceptos: calles aéreas y puntos focales. Haciendo referencia al puente de los suspiros el proyecto se alinea al tejido actual del distrito generando un zaguán que toma forma de un espacio central que se abre hacia la calle peatonal y a las galerías comerciales en el primer nivel que viene ser una oportunidad para la inversión privada y catalizador comercial. |
