Objetivos específicos: a) Identificar los efluentes, emisiones y residuos sólidos, contaminantes de una curtiembre en el área del pelambre. b) Calcular el balance de masa en una curtiembre en el área del pelambre. c) Calcular el balance de calor en el área del pelambre. d) Establecer la estrategia para una producción más limpia en una curtiembre en el área del pelambre. Conclusiones: a. Se identifica en el efluente: lodos y sanguaza, en residuos sólidos: residuos de piel y pelos, en emisiones: H2S. b. Se obtiene 4593.84 kg de piel sin pelos. c. El calor del sistema es 50,880.96 calorías.

The research has focused on the unhairing stage, this being an exothermic reaction due to the reactivity of its components. General objective: Develop the strategy for cleaner production in a tannery in the unhairing area. Specific objectives: a) Identify the effluents, emissions and solid waste, pollutants of a tannery in the unhairing area. b) Calculate the mass balance in a tannery in the fur area. c) Calculate the heat balance in the hair area. d) Establish the strategy for cleaner production in a tannery in the unhairing area. Conclusions: a. It is identified in the effluent: sludge and blood clots, in solid waste: skin and hair waste, and in emissions: H2S. b. 4,593.84 kg of skin without hair is obtained. c.
