El presente trabajo de investigación ha tenido como finalidad describir la inclusión financiera de la cartera microempresa en relación a la calidad de cartera de una Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito en Chiclayo durante el período 2020; en tal sentido, el problema de nuestro proyecto quedó formulado de la siguiente manera: ¿Qué relación existe entre la inclusión financiera de la cartera microempresa y la calidad de cartera de una Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito en Chiclayo en el año 2020?, y se justifica en el hecho que resulta relevante para la prevención ante una posible caída de cartera crediticia y crisis financiera al final de una época de reinserción económica, ello ante la situación pandémica que vivimos en la actualidad. El objetivo general formulado fue: Describir la relación que existe entre la inclusión financiera de la cartera microempresa y la calidad de la cartera de una CMAC en Chiclayo en el año 2020, cuya hipótesis general formulada fue: Existe una relación directa entre la inclusión financiera de la cartera microempresa y la calidad de cartera de la CMAC en Chiclayo 2020. Es una investigación de tipo descriptiva y correlacional con un diseño no experimental, las técnicas utilizadas fueron la observación documental y la entrevista, luego de recolectar los datos, se procedió a ordenarlos para su análisis e interpretación, concluyendo así que la inclusión de la cartera microempresa tiene relación directa e incide positivamente con la calidad de cartera de la CMAC. |

This is justified by the fact that it is relevant for the prevention of a possible fall in the credit portfolio and financial crisis at the end of a period of economic reinsertion, in view of the pandemic situation we are currently experiencing. The general objective formulated was: To describe the relationship between the financial inclusion of the microenterprise portfolio and the quality of the portfolio of a CMAC in Chiclayo in the year 2020. The general hypothesis formulated was: There is a direct relationship between the financial inclusion of the microenterprise portfolio and the quality of the portfolio of the CMAC in Chiclayo 2020.
