description La presente investigación busca determinar el nivel de motivación en el personal administrativo del área de Telemarketing Universidad Señor de Sipan. Se llevará a cabo en una muestra de 12 colaboradores comprendidos entre los 23 y 30 años. Se plantea como variable independiente la Motivación con sus dimensiones, logro, poder y afiliación. El Tipo de investigación es Descriptiva, propositiva y transversal; asimismo el diseño de la investigación es Cuantitativa – no experimental, utilizando como Técnica e instrumento la encuesta y el cuestionario respectivamente, continuando con ello también estudiar cada uno de los datos en nuestro programa SPSS23 Y Excel, las respuesta que los trabajadores nos brindaron sirvieron para el análisis respectivo. En nuestra investigación se logró concluir que en el área de Telemarketing de la Universidad Señor de Sipan en términos generales, en cuanto a la motivación el 100 % tiene un nivel medio Lo que significa que el talento humano si posee el pensamiento de satisfacer los objetivos de grupo, tomando en opción la toma de decisiones y asimismo utilizar su capacidad individual con el propósito de lograr cada meta planteada
