Siendo indicada erróneamente también en cefaleas primarias. El presente estudio pretende determinar el uso adecuado de la solicitud de la tomografía axial computarizada en las cefaleas y determinar el grado de coherencia entre la presunción diagnóstica de las solicitudes de tomografía axial computarizada en cefaleas en el Hospital Regional Lambayeque durante Diciembre 2019 – Mayo 2020. Los datos se obtendrán de las solicitudes para tomografía axial computarizada cerebral con el diagnóstico de cefalea que cumplan con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión; y se ingresara a una ficha de recolección de datos. El análisis estadístico se realizará usando el software estadístico SPSS y se representara en estadística descriptiva para su mejor análisis e interpretación.
