Se inició realizando el modelamiento 3D en el programa Revit V22 según los planos establecidos del expediente técnico del modulo A, con ello se puedo obtener los metrados que nos daba el programa Revit y así realizar la comparación de cada una de las partidas de estructura. Al obtener los metrados y compararlo, visualizamos una diferencia entre el expediente técnico y el BIM. Es por ello que el costo directo del presupuesto del expediente técnico es de S/ 13,652.15 en cambio del BIM es de S/ 15,841.83, es decir que hay una diferencia de S/ 2,189.68. La diferencia entre los presupuestos que conlleva el proyecto es, una perdida en la utilidad de la vivienda y si eso paso con una sola, en toda la habilitación hubo una perdida razonable por errores de un mal metrado. La metodología BIM te facilita poder saber que interferencias tienes en tu proyecto y así evitar saberlo en la fase de la ejecución.

The 3D modeling was started with the Revit V22 program according to the established plans of the technical file of module A, with this we could obtain the metrics that the Revit program gave us and thus make the comparison of each of the items of structure. By obtaining the metrics and comparing them, we visualized a difference between the technical file and the BIM. That is why the direct cost of the technical file budget is S/ 13,652.15 while the BIM budget is S/ 15,841.83, i.e. there is a difference of S/ 2,189.68. The difference between the budgets involved in the project is a loss in the usefulness of the house and if this happened with only one, in all the habilitation there was a reasonable loss due to errors of a bad metering.
