En la presente investigación, se determinó que la aplicación del LPS, si es favorable la aplicación de la misma puesto que se mejoró sustancialmente la productividad, logrando reducir en 0.47 meses en el tiempo de ejecución y reduciendo en un 14.17%, además se logró aprovechar el rendimiento al máximo de cada uno de los participantes (peón, oficial, peón, maestro de obra, residente y supervisor), sin ocurrencia de accidentes con un impacto favorable de los actores sociales (stakeholders) en la viabilidad del proyecto. Finalmente, se recomienda emplear la metodología LPS para la totalidad de proyectos de construcción civil, puesto que permite mejorar la productividad, así como reducir costos y reducir los plazos de ejecución
