La propuesta incluye la creación de espacios públicos que promuevan la integración urbana con el contexto rural, priorizando plazas o ambientes polivalentes, flexibles y adaptables para diversas necesidades. En este sector, que no solo es un destino turístico sino también un tesoro de costumbres y festividades locales, la falta de promoción y respaldo dificulta que los pobladores den a conocer sus riquezas. Para fomentar estas costumbres, se propone el diseño de espacios funcionales en el edificio híbrido, considerando las necesidades de las tradiciones culturales de los artesanos de Moche y su población en general. Además, se plantea el estudio y adaptación de los criterios arquitectónicos de los ingenieros de la cultura mochica, abordando aspectos como condiciones climáticas, elementos formales, materialidad y el uso distintivo de representaciones simbólicas y colores en murales de construcciones.

This society, rich in history, engineering feats, and skilled individuals such as navigators, goldsmiths, weavers, and potters, has left an indelible mark. The primary goal is to stimulate the development of an artistic and intellectual community, given the absence of a dedicated facility for this purpose. The proposal emphasizes the creation of public spaces that facilitate urban integration within the rural context. These spaces, envisioned as multipurpose, flexible, and adaptable environments, aim to cater to the diverse needs of potential users. Beyond being a tourist destination, this sector holds a trove of local customs and festivities that currently lack promotion and support, hindering the populace from showcasing their cultural wealth. To rekindle and promote these customs, the design of functional spaces within the hybrid building is suggested, considering the specific needs of Moche artisans and the wider population. Furthermore, there is a proposal to examine and align with the architectural principles employed by engineers of the Mochica culture.
