El Complejo Parroquial y Casa de retiro, trae consigo actividades de carácter religioso educativo con sus servicios semejantes, buscando actualizar los equipamientos a una arquitectura religiosa moderna, que pueda desarrollarse de manera sostenible en el contexto y proporcione puntos positivos tanto en la ciudadanía como en el aspecto paisajista rural-urbano del asentamiento Humano Manuel Arévalo. Con la elaboración de la primera parte sobre la investigación programática del proyecto se da a conocer la decisión sobre el proyecto de interés y la tipología funcional del equipamiento, generando la definición del objeto de estudio con la recolección de la información y levantamientos de información catastral. Y la segunda parte del proyecto arquitectónico abarcado el procesamiento de toda la información, con construcción de datos, tabulaciones de las ofertas y demandas, dando como efecto: la elaboración de la idea proyectual, tanto arquitectónicamente, como de espacialidades; se explica la memoria arquitectónica del proyecto, comenzando por la conceptualización, siguiendo con la zonificación y organización del proyecto, de igual manera los aspectos tecnológicos.

The Parish Complex and Retreat House, brings with it activities of a religious educational character with its similar services, seeking to update the equipment to a modern religious architecture, that can develop in a sustainable way in the context and provide positive points both in the citizenship and in the rural landscape aspect of Human settlement Manuel Arévalo. With the preparation of the first part on the programmatic research of the project the decision on the project of interest and the functional typology of the equipment is made known, generating the definition of the object of study with the collection of information and surveys of cadastral information.
