La presente investigación tiene como objetivo elaborar el diseño de un “Centro Eco-recreativo Turístico” en la zona de los Ejidos Norte - Piura donde la arquitectura se relacione de forma armoniosa con el entorno natural, brindando un servicio y entretenimiento de calidad integral para el usuario visitante, porque buscamos proponer una solución a la realidad actual de Piura. Asimismo, se buscó el acercamiento con la naturaleza, por ello, el aporte de Le Corbusier sobre los “cinco puntos de la arquitectura moderna”, fueron elementos de contribución esencial, porque nos ayudaron a determinar la forma y función de nuestro proyecto, pensando siempre en el lugar para dar soluciones asertivas al desarrollo del proyecto obteniendo un vínculo con el medio natural. Por ello, se denota al río Piura como elemento natural que otorga realce, riqueza visual y de recreación para la promoción turística, ya que se da en torno a un ambiente natural que posee todo lo que un visitante pueda desear.

The objective of this research is to develop the design of an “Eco-recreational Tourist Center“ in the area of Ejidos Norte - Piura where the architecture is harmoniously related to the natural environment, providing comprehensive quality service and entertainment for the visitors because we seek to propose a solution to the current reality of Piura. Furthermore, the approach with nature was sought. Therefore, Le Corbusier's contribution on the “five points of modern architecture“ were essential elements of contribution, because they helped us to determine the form and function of our project, always thinking in place to provide assertive solutions to the development of the project, obtaining a link with the natural environment.
