Realizamos un análisis de la oferta y demanda en donde identificamos las necesidades del usuario según datos estadísticos y censos nacionales sobre delincuencia juvenil en el Perú, donde determinamos nuestro perfil del usuario, en este caso va dirigido a jóvenes varones, analizamos el problema del hacinamiento en los establecimientos de rehabilitación juvenil para establecer la ubicación del proyecto. Basándonos en los resultados, se diseñó un modelo de establecimiento penitenciario el cual brindará una mejora de la arquitectura carcelaria en el Perú; además de brindar a los jóvenes un correcto proceso de rehabilitación, formación social y reinserción, optimizando la calidad de vida propia, así como la de los demás ciudadanos.

We carry out an analysis of supply and demand where we identify the user's needs according to statistical data and national censuses on juvenile delinquency in Peru, where we determine our user profile, in this case it is aimed at young men, we analyze the problem of overcrowding in juvenile rehabilitation facilities to establish the location of the project.
