Asimismo, hace énfasis en la necesidad existente hasta la actualidad de contar con una infraestructura adecuada tanto para los servidores públicos como para toda la población del Distrito. En el primer capítulo se describe la problemática identificada frente a la deficiente infraestructura de la Municipalidad de Veintiséis de Octubre, de acuerdo a ello se han planteado objetivos para dar una propuesta como alternativa de solución, mejorando las características de la infraestructura y mejorando así también la calidad de un espacio adecuado para ejercer las actividades municipales. En el segundo capítulo damos a conocer la propuesta arquitectónica que hemos planteado, una infraestructura enfocada en brindar confort a la población que trabaja en la Municipalidad, así como también a la población en general. Considerando criterios para una arquitectura sostenible y ecoamigable con el medio ambiente, esto se logrará utilizando ahorros energéticos, reutilización de aguas e implementación de materiales que no impacten con el medio ambiente

Likewise, it emphasizes the need that exists to date to have adequate infrastructure for both public servants and the entire population of the District. The first chapter describes the problem identified in the face of the deficient infrastructure of the Municipality of Veintisirse de Octubre. Accordingly, objectives have been set to provide a proposal as an alternative solution, improving the characteristics of the infrastructure and thus also improving the quality of an adequate space to carry out municipal activities. In the second chapter we present the architectural proposal that we have proposed, an infrastructure focused on providing comfort to the population that works in the Municipality, as well as to the population in general.
