La población de estudio está comprendida por los suelos de las parcelas rústicas en Ex fundo La Encalada, formando un total de 2 hectáreas de terreno. Se realizaron 6 calicatas y 2 ensayos de penetración estándar en base a la Normativa E.050 Suelos y Cimentaciones para determinar las propiedades del suelo y sus parámetros geotécnicos. La investigación se enfocó principalmente en la clasificación unificada de los suelos utilizando el SUCS y la capacidad portante del suelo utilizando cálculos basados en la fórmula de Terzaghi y Meyerhof. De la misma manera, para hallar la capacidad portante del suelo del área de estudio, se tomó en cuenta para el cálculo una profundidad de cimentación de 1.20, 1.50 m y 1.80 de desplante. Se realizó el estudio de zonificación geotécnica obteniéndose dos zonas en el área de estudio. En la Zona I se tiene la presencia de arcilla de mediana plasticidad, cuyos valores de capacidad admisible varían de 0.62 a 0.66 Kg/cm2 para cimentaciones corridas, y de 0.79 a 0.82 Kg/cm2 para cimentaciones cuadradas. En la Zona II se tiene la presencia de arenas mal graduadas, cuyos valores de capacidad admisible varían 0.86 a 1.35 Kg/cm2 para cimentaciones corridas, y de 0.89 a 1.37 Kg/cm2 para cimentaciones cuadradas

The study population is comprised of the soils of the rustic plots in Ex fundo La Encalada, forming a total of 2 hectares of land. 6 test pits and 2 standard penetration tests were carried out based on the E.050 Soils and Foundations Regulations to determine the properties of the soil and its geotechnical parameters. The research focused mainly on the unified classification of soils using the SUCS and the bearing capacity of the soil using calculations based on the Terzaghi and Meyerhof formula. Similarly, to find the bearing capacity of the soil in the study area, a foundation depth of 1.20, 1.50 m and 1.80 m of foundation layout was taken into account for the calculation. The geotechnical zoning study was carried out, obtaining two zones in the study area.
