Logrando como conclusión principal es que la inclusión de la sociedad civil en la toma de decisiones políticas y la exigencia inclusiva de educación superior como requisito para desempeñar el rol de congresista son medidas que mejoran la eficacia del trabajo legislativo en el Perú
