description La investigación presentada nace a partir del análisis de la problemática existente, la cual se abrevia en una desintegrada y deficiente infraestructura con la que actualmente cuanta la Municipalidad del distrito de Castilla, provincia de Piura; a esto se le agrega la escasez de un equipamiento propio de naturaleza institucional, donde los pobladores vean posible el desarrollo de actividades de carácter social. La solución arquitectónica propuesta busca una mejora en la eficacia y el desenvolvimiento de las labores administrativas, logrando obtener altos niveles de confort, beneficiándose directamente los trabajadores municipales y el público en general. Del mismo modo, se busca contar con espacios adecuados y modernos que permitan al usuario la realización de actividades culturales y/o sociales sin verse obligado a trasladarse a distintos lugares de la ciudad; para poder llevar a cabo el estudio, empleamos la estrategia de retroalimentación, la cual comprende una investigación cualitativa de campo que nos permitirá recolectar la mayor cantidad de información posible, la cual será imprescindible y ayudará a proyectar una correcta y apropiada infraestructura institucional, logrando cumplir con los objetivos específicos que se han planteado inicialmente.
