Y se te tuvo como hipótesis: Un cuadro de mando integral sí apoyará al desarrollo estratégico de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pataz en el año 2016.Como objetivos específicos: Identificar los procesos críticos de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pataz, establecer el nivel de desarrollo estratégico de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pataz y establecer indicadores que evalúe de forma correcta los objetivos definidos en el mapa estratégico propuesto, elaborar un cuadro de mando integral en la Municipalidad Distrital de Pataz. La población sujeta a estudio estuvo conformada por los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pataz siendo un total de 20 trabajadores. Al ser una población pequeña se estudió a todos. El diseño de la investigación utilizada fue descriptivo-transversal de una sola casilla, en cuanto a las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos se utilizó la encuesta, entrevista y análisis documentario. La conclusión a la que se llego fue: que hay evidencia suficiente para demostrar que una propuesta de un cuadro de mando integral apoyará al desarrollo estratégico de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pataz en el año 2016.

The problem formulated for the research was: Will a comprehensive scorecard support the strategic development of the Municipal district of Pataz in the year 2016?. And it was hypothesized: An integral scorecard will support the strategic development of the Pataz District Municipality in 2016. As specific objectives: Identify the critical processes of the Pataz District Municipality, establish the level of strategic development of the Pataz District Municipality and to establish indicators that correctly evaluate the objectives defined in the proposed strategic map, to develop a balanced scorecard in the Municipality of Pataz. The population subject to study was made up of the workers of the Municipality of Pataz, with a total of 20 workers. Being a small population was studied to all. The design of the research used was descriptive-transversal of a single box, as far as the techniques and instruments of data collection was used the survey, interview and documentary analysis.
