Material y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio analítico de tipo transversal en noviembre a diciembre de 2024, que incluyó a 108 docentes y 50 administrativos mediante muestreo censal. Se aplicó el Cuestionario Nórdico de Kuorinka y una ficha sociodemográfica diseñada para registrar variables personales y laborales. Resultados: No se encontraron diferencias significativas entre docentes y administrativos en variables sociodemográficas. Sin embargo, se identificaron diferencias significativas en la región dorsal/lumbar (50,9 % en docentes y 68 % en administrativos; p = 0,045) y en muñeca/manos (29,6 % en docentes y 50 % en administrativos; p = 0,013), siendo más frecuente el dolor en estas áreas entre el personal administrativo. En las demás localizaciones (cuello, hombros y codos) no se observaron diferencias significativas. Conclusiones: El estudio evidenció una alta prevalencia de dolor musculoesquelético en ambos grupos, con predominio en la región lumbar y muñeca/manos en el personal administrativo. No se hallaron diferencias relevantes en las características sociodemográficas. Estos hallazgos resaltan la necesidad de implementar programas de prevención ergonómica dirigidos especialmente al personal administrativo. |

Materials and Methods: An analytical cross-sectional study was conducted from November to December 2024, including 108 teachers and 50 administrative staff selected through census sampling. The Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (Kuorinka) and a sociodemographic form designed to record personal and occupational variables were applied. Results: No significant differences were found between teachers and administrative staff in sociodemographic variables. However, significant differences were identified in the dorsal/lumbar region (50.9% in teachers vs. 68% in administrative staff; p = 0.045) and in wrists/hands (29.6% vs. 50%; p = 0.013), with pain being more frequent in these areas among administrative personnel. No significant differences were observed in other locations (neck, shoulders, and elbows). Conclusions: The study showed a high prevalence of musculoskeletal pain in both groups, with lumbar and wrist/hand pain predominating in administrative staff. No relevant differences were found in sociodemographic characteristics.
