Esta aplicación consiste en una guía turística, con la cual los usuarios pueden visitar los lugares turísticos de la Ciudad de Pacasmayo, que se llevó acabo recolectando información en el área de turismo de la Municipalidad de Pacasmayo y algunos folletos de información del Ministerio del Comercio Exterior y Turismo (MINCETUR) y Oficina Mundial del Turismo (OMT). Para el desarrollo de la aplicación se utilizó la plataforma de Unity 3D y su complemento Vuforia que da soporte para el desarrollo de Realidad Aumentada, lenguaje de programación C++. La característica a destacar de esta aplicación es el uso de realidad aumentada para mostrar información al turista, que consiste en combinar el mundo real con el virtual. Es decir; mostrar los lugares con su breve información, contenido multimedia que permitan conocer el patrimonio histórico de la Ciudad de Pacasmayo, enriqueciendo la experiencia visual y mejorando la calidad de comunicación. La utilidad de esta aplicación a facilitado la información de los destinos turístico en un 70% con respecto a anteriores meses cuando no se usaba esta aplicación.

Throughout 5 months we have worked to develop a Smartphone application called REALITY INCREASED FOR TOURISM OF PACASMAYO. This application consists of a tourist guide, with which users can visit the tourist sites of the City of Pacasmayo, which was carried out collecting information in the area of tourism of the Municipality of Pacasmayo and some information leaflets of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) and World Tourism Office (OMT). For the development of the application was used the platform of Unity 3D and its complement Vuforia that supports the development of Augmented Reality, C ++ programming language. The highlight of this application is the use of augmented reality to show information to the tourist, which consists of combining the real world with the virtual. That is to say; to show the places with its brief information, multimedia content that allows to know the historical patrimony of the City of Pacasmayo, enriching the visual experience and improving the quality of communication.
